A: During whole site sales, all items are final sale.

If an item is marked FINAL SALE, it can not be returned for store credit.

Q: Can I get my money back?

Refunds are not available. Privy Threads issues store credit ONLY for qualified returns.

Q: Are there any return fees?
A: If client decides to make a return for store credit, client is solely responsible for return shipping postage.
If the client received the wrong item or faulty product, Privy Threads will cover the return cost.

Q: How soon will I receive my store credit?
A: Once Privy Threads has received your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.

Q: How do I submit a return?
A: To make a return, submit you return request here with your email address and order number.

Q: How many days do I have to make a return?
A: You have 14 Days from the delivery date to submit your return request.

Q: What items are returnable?
A: Most apparel and accessories are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn, with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable.
